Today's workout... ?? I focused on abs and upper body today as we'd already done a pretty intense hike first thing!
I did 20 reps of each exercise and repeated this 5 times! And here they are:

Knee raises
Chest press
TRX knee tucks
Overhead triceps extension
Alternate arm and leg raise with stability ball

I used a 10kg weight for my overhead tricep extension FYI.
Give it a go guys! It was tough but a brilliant feeling afterwards ?
