#WorkoutWednesday vibes right here guys... If you're looking for some motivation this hump day why not give this little HIIT number a go... I took 2 @minivnutrition Mini:Burn before I started for a boost of energy and drive!
Then I worked though this:
I did 45 seconds of each exercise with a 15 second transfer into the next/a break!
Then once I've been through once I jump on the exercise bike on level 5 for 5 minutes.
And repeat 3 times... ✌🏼️ Weights I used were 6kgs.
