Back into it after my 2 week end of session break!! (First proper run back yesterday).

My break had almost no exercise except for a few little jogs, it also involved a lot of eating of delicious foods. (I still have treats in my normal diet too but these two weeks were another level)

.
So let's just say the lungs didn't like the tempo part of my training today (run with a tempo in the middle).
.
.
But I loved being back into it and so excited to get fit again and for next season already!!

.
Awesome to run with the boys again (Sam and Tux) back in my home city!!
