Photo by @KristaRossow // Yellowstone was established 44 years before the National Park Service (which is celebrating its 101st birthday today!) and it later became the first national park. Due to its location on top of an active volcano, #Yellowstone boasts over 10,000 hydrothermal features. One of my favorites is Canary Spring at Mammoth Hot Springs where boiling water cascades over travertine terraces.
