Seriously, NOTHING leaves me as sore as reformer Pilates. I think a lot of people believe it's some soft gentle calming workout, nope! Way harder than it looks but it definitely gives you results!
It's weird how I hardly ever see men in Pilates classes, cause a lot of men want muscle definition, but I guess it's labeled a 'feminine' workout and a lot of you guys would rather be afraid of that label than do a class that gives you the abs you want, but that's none of my business ?☕️it's honestly BS how workouts are labeled into gender, women are told not to do weights so we don't get 'bulky and masculine' and men think Pilates or yoga is too feminine. Sure our bodies are different but everyone benefits from any workout and the labels are only holding you back from trying new things.??‍♀️
