Swipe <- I went to the Bahamas last week on holidays and on the last night, my friend Nick (who lives there) and I decided to do a BBQ on the beach so we went for a quick dive with a local to get lobsters, hogfish and conch.
I don't think that anyone in the world on that night, even in the most expensive restaurants, felt more satisfied with their meals than we did!
Freshly caught, sustainable, without any by-catch and close to free. There is no better way to eat!
Dipping sauce? I cut that empty can of beer in half, filled it with butter and lemon juice and dropped it on the grill when it got a little cooler.
