Living in a vertical world and being on the wall in Madagascar, the back of my neck got compressed. When this happens it decreases power in my shoulders. So my Physio @charliemerrill is needling my neck segmentally from C3 to C7 on both sides and using stimulation to reset normal muscle tone and decompress the nerves that give power to my shoulders and arms. #training #recovery #physicaltherapy
