Jicama fries is another alternative to potato fries and are easy to prepare. This one was prepared by @primaldish and is looking like a perfect midnight snack right now??

lunch or maybe linner. Jicama fries coated and baked in ghee butter & @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lover's seasoning with a little Spicy Everything as well. Topped with a quick guac of lime juice, Lemon Garlic seasoning, and diced red onion.

I coated the jicama sticks in melted ghee butter and Flavorgod's spicy everything then baked at 400 degrees (on a cooling rack) for about 20 minutes. Guac is just avocado with lime, cilantro, and Flavorgod's garlic lover's seasoning. Easy to make!

Recipe for guacamole:
?1 - avocado
?1 - lime (juice)
?2 tbsp. - cilantro ( fine chop
?1 ts. - #flavorgod Pink S&P
?1/2 tbsp. - #flavorgod spicy
? 1 tbsp. - white onion ( diced) or scallions
? 2 tbsp. - tomatoes (diced)
Mix in bowl
