Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp espresso powder/instant coffee
2 large egg yolks
1-2 tbsp maple sugar (or other granulated sugar)
2 tbsp FlavorGod CHocolate Donut
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds + 2/3 cup almond milk
strawberries (or strawberry yogurt)

Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk together the yolks, sugar, FlavorGod chocoalte donut and cocoa powder. In a small sauce pan, heat the coconut milk, vanilla, and espresso/instant coffee over medium heat until it just starts to steam. Remove from heat and slowly add to the yolk mixture, constantly whisking.
Return the custard back to the sauce pan, and heat over medium low heat. Stir constantly until it starts to thicken (it should coat the back of a spoon). Divide pudding evenly between glass jars/ramekins. Cool and set aside to prepare the chia seed pudding.
Heat 2/3 cup almond milk until it starts to steam, pour over 1 tbsp chia seeds and whisk to combine. Allow to cool and thicken. After everything has cooled, layer pudding with the chia seed pudding and strawberries.
