My Monday Motivation ??.

At this session me & my PT @elliehopleypt worked specifically on strengthening the muscles which support the pelvis & toning the upper body.
There are so many benefits of training throughout pregnancy - overall it keeps me active & happy.

1. It can give a decreased risk of pre-eclampsia and gestational diabetes.

2. It provides more energy to the expectant mother.

3. Enhances mood and wellbeing.

4. Decreases musculoskeletal pain and improves sleep.

5. It can result in shorter labour and delivery time.

6. Improved heart rate and circulation for mother and baby

7. It can help your body recover more quickly post pregnancy
