I have been weight training combined with a little HIIT with @elliehopleypt consistently since the beginning of this year & didn't want to just stop when I found out I was pregnant ☺️????. •I'm in my 2nd trimester & try to maintain 1-2 weight sessions per week with 1 pregnancy yoga class. --.
•The back??♀️needs to be strong to support the additional weight carried in front. (Bump & Boobs ?.)

•The glutes? support your pelvis throughout your pregnancy so strengthening them is super important. Plus toning that booty??
