?I pan seared chicken breast and thighs, got some great color. Once seared I added onions, tomatoes, bell peppers,tomato sauce, #flavorgod taco Tuesday seasoning.
?Covered and simmered for 1 hour.
?Once fully cooked, I shredded chicken and served over rice.

Avocado Rice:
?1 - cup rice
?1/2 - avocado
?1/2 tbsp - #flavorgod taco Tuesday seasoning
?Pinch - #flavorgod Himalayan Salt&Pepper
?1 - juice - lime or lemon
?Pinch of parsley
