My #1 advice to aspiring actors: Be the best you can be without...whatever you do...without trying to be something you’re not. Might sound crazy in talking about acting, but the truth is that every role you play is you. I am still a student in this "craft", and it has been a bit of a recent revelation to me that the best thing you can do is bring YOURSELF to an audition, an interview and your roles, no matter what! No matter what you think of yourself, no matter how crazy the role is, or how different it seems to who you are. ❤️ Even Johnny Depp in all his craziness with all of his “character” roles…they’re still him. I believe that you can’t become someone you’re not, but that you CAN tap into unique facets of yourself. Remember...you're the only YOU, and that's incredible. x
