THIS WEEKEND! @ChefDanBarber and I are teaming up to bring you our Scotch Egg Roulette, this Friday-Sunday at @DominiqueAnselKitchen, made with beautiful eggs from @BlueHillFarm in a malted millet crust, served with grilled fresh baby corn and corn mustard. There's a hidden secret: some of the farm's chickens are fed a diet that includes red pepper, so one out of every few dozen eggs has a beautiful bright red yolk.
