I'm proud to say that I didn't miss a single resistance workout for an entire year! ?. Who me?!! I mean I was as determined and motivated as they come, but I never dreamed I'd be able to say that! It's just a great program that produces results that immediately pull you in, and you're an addict! Thank you for that @kayla_itsines Also, the unparalleled bbg community that I respect so much it deserved it's own post! See my last post. ?. Yes, there are great physical changes here that I'm extremely proud of. Also, there's a ton of room for improvement, but guess what? I never gave up my 2 favorite things.. wine and cheese! ?. Not once, the entire year. I've only just begun as well!! I eat clean 90 percent of the time, and sweat HARD almost every single day. I have done 100 percent of my workouts inside my house with very minimal equipment. You CAN get yourself into great shape from home. Mentally, I'm very happy with how I look and feel after a year. I can tell you there have many days that I looked at myself, and wanted to cry thinking I hadn't improved after all my hard work. Thank goodness for progress pics! They are extremely important! The most unexpected thrill I get from all of this is how incredibly strong I am now! I knew I'd become stronger, but I didn't think I'd go from 5 good form push-ups to 36! I certainly didn't think I'd start a push-up challenge that's helped SO many amazing women improve their push-ups immensely! I'm probably the most proud of this accomplishment. Through my strength, I've helped to strengthen others. Is there any better feeling than that? I'm so proud of you ladies! ❤️ www.kaylaitsines.com/app
