Lost in the moment. My favorite part of music is when it completely surrounds you and transports you to someplace where there is no past or future only the NOW. Every time I play whether it's on stage, on our tour bus late night, or dancing with friends at a club, there is some moment when the music carries me. I drop what I'm worried about, I let go of inhibitions, the soreness in my knee goes away and I drop into whatever emotion the music inspires.

Sometimes it's elation, letting go of sadness, anxiety, or pain and finding bliss. Sometimes it lasts for a few moments and sometimes it carries me beyond when the music has ended, for days.
