Ingredients:
?1 lb. - ground beef /grass fed/ 80/20
?2 tbsp - garlic / minced
?1 tbsp - #flavorgod Lemon garlic seasoning
?1 tsp - #flavorgod Himalayan salt&pepper
?1 - egg
?1/4 cup - Panko crumbs
?2 tbsp - parsley / fine chop

Directions:
?Mix all above ingredients into a large bowl.
?Make 1 inch meatballs
?Cook in heavy skillet on medium heat for about 8 minutes.

Garnish with tomato sauce and mozzarella?

*Don't add meatballs until pan and oil are hot. That way you get a good crust on the meatballs?
