I used my FlavorGod Pink Salt&Pepper, a great addition to use with all my other flavors. It's part of the 13 PACK!

Recipe below is for the plantain chips

Ingredients:
?2 plantains / green
?Coconut oil
?FlavorGod Pink Salt & Pepper ( S+P)

Directions:
1.Peel plantains and slice into 1 1/2 inch rounds
2.In a large pot bring water to a boil.
Add plantain rounds, and boil for 5 minutes.
3.Remove plantains from water smash plantains carefully with a spatula on a flat service.
4.Seasoning with FlavorGod Pink S+P.
In a skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil over medium heat.
Fry plantains until golden brown and crispy, about 3 min each side.
Lite season with any FlavorGod seasoning or a pinch more FlavorGod S+P.
