It's really disheartening to see this veterinary hospital in Texas advertise declaw specials in facebook posts and on their website. ??
This is one of the many sad examples of how thousands of vet practices in America make millions of dollars from this inhumane, barbaric, and harmful procedure of declawing. ?They promote specials for these two important procedures for animals...spay/neuter...and then they add the declaw procedure that mutilates a cat's paws and gives them a life of some sort of pain and suffering.
This practice, with 4 young, female vets, uses one of those $35,000 lasers so they have to do a lot of toe amputations to pay it back. You would think that the younger generation of veterinarians would be more modern thinking and compassionate for the welfare of cats. But nope. It's all about the $$ over the welfare of cats.
These vets are not educating the public about the awful truth about declawing.
