Fun times at wolvo yesterday with @jon_cardwell @bearcam @dallase86. Have been back from ceuse for 4 days and decided that I need some power now, so sessioned a few blocs to kick start it again. Highlight of the day was this cool @デイブ・グラハム bloc called "rainmaker" (8A+). Must say just even a month off bouldering, I lost a ton of shoulder and back strength... felt all shaky haha forgot how hard bouldering is (in a diff way from sport climbing that is). Need that balance of power and resistance though to get some upcoming goals accomplished.
