So a lot of women were asking me what they should do BEFORE their workouts in terms of WARMING UP. Firstly, let me just start by saying NEVER skip your warm ups! There are LOTS of things you can do, for example, walking, skipping, leg swings (pretend to kick a ball). Your warm up should be at least 5 minutes! The reason we do this is to "warm up" our muscles so we don't injure ourselves while training.
