@sweatandtravel progress using my #bbg program!! She says "As you may see on the left photo I didn't feel really comfortable in my body. When I was wearing a bikini I always tried to cover my body with my hands and arms like in the left picture. But today I really love the person I've became and not because I'm leaner than before...but also because I've found my healthy balanced life. I've learned that It's not the way you look that makes you happy it's the way you feel. And for that I want to say a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiig thank you to @ケイラ・アイトサインズ because you have showed me that fitness means so much more than only losing weight!!!
