Training diaries part 1:
An integral part of my pre-comp preparation are 20-move-boulders. The main objective of this is to gain power-endurance and to learn how to connect difficult moves. Usually I climb 4-5 boulders of 20 moves each, and do around 3 goes in each. Doing this once or twice a week, even until short before a competition, it allows me to specifically work on my weaknesses, combining technical difficulties, powerful moves and the necessary endurance.
