When you get your little ones involved, they tend to want to "try" more things. My child is so damn picky and I find myself turning into the mom saying "you have to eat it because I said so". I hateeeeeeeeed that growing up. So now Ky is always in the kitchen with me and a fun challenge is grabbing items and having him make something. He wanted sushi so I grabbed cucumbers, avocado and brown rice. We all went to town and had a blast. He's a vegetarian (and I've been eating very little meat lately) so we have to be creative 🍣This healthy afternoon snack is pretty fu*kin delicious and our new FAVORITE @1stphorm protein shake has only 3 items. #1stphorm Chocolate Mint Cookie, Chocolate Cashew milk and ice. And THAT shake is scrumptioussssssss ! Pat tries all of my shakes and she went crazy for it. Ya know... I try to make the whole family happy 😊 #1stphormfamily (song - Lean on by Dj Snake)
