Toe Taps, 15 each side
Pop Squats, 12 total
Reverse lunges, 10 each side
Burpees, 10 reps
Glute bridge w/ abduction, 15 reps
Glute bridge - One leg, 10 reps each leg
Plank kicks, 10 reps each leg
Donkey kicks, 10 reps each leg
Do each exercise 3x!
