What's for lunch?! ??One of my favorite proteins to incorporate into meals is salmon. When eaten a few times per week, salmon can protect you from problems such as heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure, and more. ??Excellent source of Vitamin D- Being deficient in vitamin D has been linked to an increased risk of cancer, heart disease, type-1 diabetes, and more.
