Former NBA great Dennis Rodman is back in North Korea, during a time of heightened tensions with Washington no less. It's at least the fourth trip to the hermit kingdom for Rodman, who was hosted in 2013 and 2014 by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, a known basketball fanatic. Rodman is one of a tiny number of Americans to have met Kim and calls the dictator a “friend for life.” Rodman's visit coincided with the announcement that North Korea has released Otto Warmbier, an American who had been sentenced to 15 years in prison for alleged anti-state acts.
