Not a good race at all by me in the 1500m tonight. But the bad ones make you appreciate the good ones more and make you extra hungry.

I'm super excited for my amazing teammate Hannah Fields (in this pic) who ran 2.00.53 tonight!!! A World and USA champs qualifer and big PB. Hannah is one of the nicest people I've ever met and works so hard and sooo deserves this. I have absolutely loved training with her and the rest of the crew over the last 2 months and gonna miss them when I head to the UK this Wednesday after my big exam in Seattle on Tuesday.

Also big well done to @rosaflan on another World University qualifer, @linden.hall on an amazing race and seasons best in such a fast time of 4.04 and @georgia.griffith on a World 800m qualifer!!!! And to the rest of my team mates and everyone else who raced including my roomie @callirianne who has already become a great friend!!

After travelling to the UK it'll be time to have a few weeks to recoupe and just train after all the travel and racing lately, as I continue my build up to Worlds!!
