Happy national global running day! .
I'm very grateful to get to travel the world doing what I love! I wouldn't be able to do this if it wasn't firstly for the talent God has given me, and secondly if it wasn't for the amazing support I receive from so many. This includes my family (Sorry Sam you missed the pic since you took it) this was taken on our family holiday in Golden Bay in January this year when my amazing fam decided to run one of my 800m reps with me (my awesome sister Rach and her husband and my 2 nephews unfortunately weren't on this family holiday).

As you can see in the pic I was already pretty tired being a few reps in, but my fam helped me get through a tough session, I must admit I was worried my brothers were going to beat me haha. Thanks guys for being so supportive through the ups and downs over the last 15 years and onwards. Also to everyone else who are helping make my dreams a reality. Really, I couldn't do it without you all.

Although the good results at races are what we train so hard for, the journey along the way opens doors to meet so many awesome people and brings so many amazing moments that I'll treasure forever. I'm so grateful for all the places I get to travel to, but I have to say that there is nowhere quite like home and I'm so grateful to be from Canterbury, New Zealand. I love our beautiful country so much and it's such an honour to get to represent it on the world stage.
