True story: my boys all had 24 hours playing with their cousins, sleeping over, hot tubs, games, food, AND went to a big party my brother had with 4 bounce houses, amazing food trucks, baseball, volleyball, DJ, balloon animals... the whole shebang.
10 minutes in the car on the way home, "what are we doing tomorrow?" "Yeah, what's the plan for tomorrow?" "I was just thinking that." Friends, I turned into THAT mom. I listed all the fun things that had transpired over 24 hours and then said, "Can't you just let that simmer for a few hours??" Please tell me I'm not alone. Do your kids do this too?
