*Be humble. Be hungry. And always be the hardest worker in the room* For the past few months, training has been pretty low key. Eric couldn't skate for almost one month after Worlds then I went on tour with Stars on Ice. Well preforming is fun, the schedule wasn't exactly rigorous or demanding and in some ways, it felt like a mini break after the stressful season. Now we have two weeks off the ice, but since I've basically been on a low vibe training plan since Worlds, there is no more time to waste taking another 2 weeks off now. 6km run this morning, setting one of my best times ?‍♀️and stretch is on tap for today.
