Leo muchos comentarios con respecto al parto. Ninguna es menos mujer por tener al bebe con epidural. Lo unico que digo yo, es que, para aquellas que quieran tenerlo natural sin medicación, es totalmente posible. Teneis que quererlo, estar tranquilas, no tener miedo y estar concentradas para poder escuchar a vuestros cuerpos lo que os pide. No ir en contra del dolor, aceptarlo y acompañarlo. En mi cabeza todo el rato estaba "esto es para traer a Alexandra al mundo, entre las dos lo vamos a conseguir" no os voy a mentir, duele, pero estamos preparadas para aguantarlo. ❤Sobretodo, no tengais Miedo??con epidural o sin, es un momento maravilloso?.

I read a lot about labour. I don't think a woman is less woman for using epidural. My point is for those women who are thinking about giving birth without medication, because it's completly possible. You have to want it, don't be scared, be relax and be concentrated so you can hear what your body is asking you. Don't go against the pain, try to let it go, go with it. In my head all the time was the mantra" this effort, this pain, is just to deliver Alexandra, we both are gonna make it" I'm not gonna lie, is painful, but we are more than prepared to do it.❤ The most important is not to fear labour?? Is an amazing experience with or without epidural ? .
