Yes or no to belly bands??? There are a lot of opinions.. For me, they work. They help me reminding me to tight my abs, and also this one in particular from @shapedperfect that i use in the gym, helps me holding my back in a good position while doing squats for example. It doesn't make sense to use one of this, if you later are not gonna exercise your core. I think is a great complement to get back in shape after a pregnancy. .
