HAM AND CHEESE BITES

INGREDIENTS:
?4 pcs-lunchmeat ham
?2 pcs-baby mozzarella wheels
?1-egg
?1/4 cup-brown rice flour
?1/4 cup-Panko bread crumbs
?2 tbsp-Flavorgod Italian seasoning
?cooking oil (high temp)

DIRECTIONS:
?cut each piece of ham in half (lengthwise)
?cut both baby mozzarella wheels in half (lengthwise)
?wrap the cheese halves in the ham so that it's covered all the way around
?dip each square in this order: brown rice flour, then egg, then Panko bread crumbs.
?fill the oil in a skillet, enough to fill 1/2 inch from bottom
?heat the oil on high, when you reach maximum temp drop each cube and cook both sides for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown
