?1-large eggplant /unpeeled /sliced in rounds 1/4-inch thick
?6-zucchini / unpeeled /sliced in rounds 1/4-inch thick.(yellow and green)
?1 - yellow onion / fine chopped
?2 - portobello mushrooms / fine chop
?1 cup - spinach
?1 cup - mozzarella cheese / shredded
?2/3-cup - olive oil
?2-5 tbsp- #Flavorgod Pizza Seasoning
?1 tbsp - Flavorgod Himalayan pink salt.
?2 - 7 tablespoon - minced garlic (6 cloves)
?8 - (no boil) lasagna sheets
?4-6  cups - marinara sauce

Directions:
?Preheat the oven to 400°F.
?sauté separately: zucchini and eggplant, making sure to add in tbsp of minced garlic along with dash of Flavorgod pink salt at the end.
?saute chopped portobello mushrooms and chopped onions
?Spread 1/2 cup of the marinara in a 8x8 baking dish. Drizzle over marinara , cheese, than Arrange vegetables on top, then a layer of the noodles and last #flavorgod Pizza seasoning. Repeat, starting with the marinara. Spread the last 1 1/2 cups of marinara on top and sprinkle with more Flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper.
?cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes
?remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
