?Bake potatoes by rubbing with olive oil , seasoning with #flavorgod Himalayan Salt & pepper and placing directly in oven at 450* Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
?cook ground beef and caramelize the onions season with Flavorgod ketchup and Flavorgod Himalayan salt, remove from pan
?in the same pan,  add olive oil and brown the red onions and peas for about 2-3 minutes
?add cooked ground beef to the mixture and mix well adding more Flavorgod ketchup seasoning
?take the potatoes out of the oven, scoop out the insides and put in a bowl.  Add Flavorgod Ranch seasoning, butter and milk and mash.
?fill the hollowed out potato with the meat mixture, sprinkle with Flavorgod ketchup and top with cheddar cheese.  Finish by layering the mashed potatoes on top.
?brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
-place back in oven on broil for a few minutes or until the top has browned
