What. A. Day. ? Guys, I can't even express my gratitude enough: @balance_festival today was just on a while other level! The cooking demo alongside @thefoodmedic @healthychefsteph @clean_eating_alice was a huge highlight. It felt amazing to be on stage alongside some of my best friends in the industry. And the crowd who came. Just wow. Thank you so much. It was overwhelming, in the best way! ❤️ The whole experience was just phenomenal, and it really made me realise how far these ladies have come. I am so proud to call them some of my nearest and dearest; and I am so honoured to be able to share these experiences with them, and with you! ?? Bring on tomorrow!
