Workout ruts!! If you don't know what that means, it's when you feel like you were doing SO WELL and then you suddenly lose motivation. Perhaps you got super busy and "didn't have time", maybe you went on holiday or maybe you just feel like you don't have the energy to workout. When you are feeling like this, the best mindset to have is "something is better than nothing" meaning just because you can't get a FULL workout in, doesn't meant you can't exercise. Just putting on shoes and going for a walk will make you feel 100 times better! So if you are feeling down, get your headphones out and a good pair of shoes and just go for a 20 min walk.
