Current shape: 2 weeks post show. I've done zero cardio, weights 5x/week, eating all Whole Foods 5x/day: Ezekiel bread, avocado, chicken, turkey, almond butter, cashews, strawberries, blueberries, potatoes, cauliflower, whole eggs, egg whites, veggies, almond milk & pea powder protein shake.
