Alarm clock at 5:30. Riding by bike up to Vernon falls trail. Hiking one hour to liberty Cap. Climbing 5 wet pitches and giving up at 1pm, soaked. Rappelling down, walking back and riding the bikes back to el cap. Starting climbing at 4pm on Free Blast, my first 3 hours on El Capitain! Drinking a beer at 7pm at El Cap meadow and finishing the day with a big plate of curry.
