Upper body workout ? 3 sets of 12 - 15 reps. Really trying to work on my upper body strength as it was something I always neglected in my workouts. I was asked today whether I had my own fitness goals or if I was simply working to maintain my current physique. My answer: of course I have goals because fitness is so much more than physical change. A major goal of mine is to do an unassisted pull-up ? It may not seem like a big deal but every time I train I get stronger and closer to that goal. Once I reach it, I set new goals - bigger & better, because nothing worth doing is easy. That's the point. On a side note shout-out to my back/booty sweat you da real MVP ?
