"I am not a morning person and I live on the West Coast of the US. Which means, getting a #sunrise picture out of me is near impossible. But on this particular day, I dragged myself out of my bed (after not being able to sleep and getting roughly 2 hours) to drive to the Coronado Bay in #SanDiego and meet my fellow photographer friend. I got there just before blue hour was ending and after setting up my tripod and camera, took a few minutes to soak the scene in and think about my composition. I was rewarded handsomely by mother nature when right as the sun was rising, it made some really dramatic colors in the sky. I couldn't believe that I got lucky on my first sunrise attempt! Overall, I am very happy with the results and not to mention my Canon gear, which like always performed optimally! I can't wait to get back now to go there and shoot more sunrise pics!" #MyCanonStory
