"This woman in the picture named Momo told me that the Japanese name for #MilkyWay is the 'River of Heaven.' I find it to be such a beautiful name so I am naming this picture, 'River of Heaven.' This photo was taken on April 2nd at Anza Borrego Springs in #SanDiego, CA. My model was kind enough to stay up all night for this amazing view of the Milky Way at 3 am. I had an off camera flash set to rear curtain sync on camera left to freeze the model the best I can. Milky Way photos have always been magical to me and adding a human element was icing on the cake. I'm very excited that the milky way season is back and I'm looking to improve on creating magical scenes." #MyCanonStory #astrophotography
