Many thanks to Tango Tanimura (www.tango-tanimura.com) for teaching his family craft of whisk making. This craft has been passed from father to son in Tango's family for 20 generations. Participating in a Japanese tea ceremony was #Shibui (simple, subtle, and unobtrusive beauty). Seeing the craftsmanship that goes into the ceremony was the same.
