Happy Sunday morning from a super sunny Rome! I have been super busy with everything since I've come back home and I can't even believe that our magic #CiboaRegolaDArte weekend was already a week ago. Where does time fly?! As Easter approaches fast, I can't help but think I need a #staycation, enjoying home, in a relax mode. I have no time for that but I'd love the idea. In the meanwhile, I had the perfect weekend "breakfast" in this elegant, brass-and-black place yesterday (saw the ig stories?). They insisted it isn't a brunch, so in a non-#brunching manner we started with coffee and fresh juices, croissants and bread, fried pastry served with fresh cream, chocolate and zabbaione for crying out loud. Then we passed to prosciutto and cheese, freshly cut on the table and then eggs; omelette, poached, scrambled, to perfection. And we thought it was all over, at about 1 pm, the chef came out with gricia! Typical Roman pasta with cheeck bacon!
Then, under the burning sun of April, I walked towards the Startup Weekend, Food Edition, where my job is to mentor the newly formed startups! So much fun, and so much to learn.
Sunday is pretty much planned the same way. I can't wait to have the time to read, write and blog super soon.
