(recipe from @nocrumbsleft ?? but with a few twists ??) roasted sliced Japanese sweet potato, bacon ?, avocado ?, egg ?, ranch dressing ?coriander leaf and some gorgeous watermelon radish, Chinese chives and togarashi ?? yoghurt with peach compote and a cup of 2nd Flush Muscatel Darjeeling @rareteacompany

Even though it's the weekend, today is a regular working day in China (yes poor Mark has to work!) because of the upcoming Qingming Festival on Tuesday (also known as Tomb Sweeping or Cold Food Festival) I'll be showing you all some typical foods over the next few days too #symmetrybreakfast
