The Canadian Veterinary Medical Association updated their declawing position statement. They oppose declawing and have no last resort excuses in it. No if, ands, or buts, they say it is WRONG!
Thank them on their facebook page! They are my heroes and hopefully they will regulate this procedure and not allow any of their vets to declaw cats anymore!!!!!!!
@Avmavets will of course be the last one standing with their lies and horrible excuses to keep declawing on the table for their vets because as we sadly know, amputating cat's toes is a billion dollar business in America. #greed
