"You need to go slow in order to go fast." This morning I went fast ? (17.5) this afternoon I went steady. It's easy to forget that the engine is built slowly working at various intensities.
CrossFit is threshold training at its best, but making sure you can perform at your best in competition you need to prioritize all energy systems.
