Sometimes it might look like running is a solo sport, but it's far from it. As well as all the amazing friends and training partners you meet through running, there are so many people behind each athletes performance, as well as their own very hard work, when they step out onto the track. Not only the coach who puts in so much for your success but also the physio, doctor, massage therapist, sports psychologist and so many more amazing people. I'm so grateful for my team, who are all very special people in my life. My entire support team through Athletics New Zealand and High Performance Sport, family, friends and sponsors including a recent big sponsor Taryn from Hubbers Flooring Nelson and my brilliant chiropractor nurse Krystal Short who also does Neurolink and Kinesiology work. She is based in Christchurch and I highly recommend her!! Thanks so very much for helping me chase my dreams!!
