As my workload increased I realised I had two choices: make time or make an excuse. I chose the former. I've been waking up at 4am every morning to fit my workouts into my schedule. I understand the importance of sleep so I've set myself a bed time of 8pm (who knew I would love having a bed time again ?) Here's the thing: No one is going to do it for you. If you want to achieve your goals you have to push through these barriers, you have to manage your time and you have to overcome the excuses. Most importantly: be consistent. Just see what happens if you don't give up.
